The only law that Idaho has that has anything about breastfeeding pertains to jury duty. You can. Get out of it if you are still nursing. That’s it! Its a right to work state so you only have the federal laws on your side =/
And sadly the federal law is not doing much. Check the federal page for more info.
Oddly enough, despite having no state laws to protest public breastfeeding, Idaho has one of the highest breastfeeding rates in the country. Just thought it was interesting. http://www.cdc.gov/breastfeeding/data/reportcard.htm
